Nidhi is a partner and co-founder of Beruar & Beruar and leads the firm's dispute resolution practice.

Nidhi specialises in drafting and conducting complex court and tribunal proceedings as well as strategizing intricate arbitrations before various fora (including Arbitrators, Arbitration centres, consumer forums and commissions, etc.), Tribunals (including TDSAT, NCLAT, NCLT, DRAT, DRT, NGT etc), High Courts (including Delhi, Chandigarh, Bombay, Chhattisgarh, Orissa, Chennai, Karnataka, etc.) as well as the Supreme Court of India.

With experience of over 13 years, Nidhi advices clients on a wide range of contentious matters including general corporate and commercial litigation, property and estate law, company law, intellectual property rights, banking, white collar crimes, labour law, constitutional and administrative law, environmental law, criminal constitutional as well as freedom of speech related issues.

Nidhi has significant expertise in advising e-commerce companies as well as start-ups on critical issues at the intersection of law, policy, regulation, technology and business and assists them in navigating India's tech-law and policy framework. She has also been involved in opining and strategizing commercial transactions involving various commercial enterprises.

Alongside, the corporate dispute and advisory work, Nidhi has been actively engaged in conducting awareness campaigns on prevention of sexual harassment at workplaces and assists business in setting up appropriate institutional redressal mechanisms.

Post her graduation in science, Nidhi obtained her law degree from Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi in 2005. Nidhi has worked with the best in business including Dua Associates, International Law Affiliates and Mr. Raman Kapur, senior advocate. She has also been on panel of Government agencies and public sector undertaking (PSUs).
